Information about the Proposed Humanitarian Aid

The Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the Customs Department), acting in accordance with the Description of the Procedure for the Provision of Humanitarian Aid by the Customs Department, approved by Order No. 1BE-550 of 21 August 2025, “On the Approval of the Description of the Procedure for the Provision of Humanitarian Aid by the Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania”, provides, as humanitarian aid, confiscated property stored in a Type III open customs warehouse administered by the Customs Department and suitable for use:

Vehicles

  1. Vehicle BMW X5, year of manufacture unknown, registration No. LS08WSY, fuel type – diesel, VIN WBAFF02020LJ11957, right-hand drive, photos available.
  2. Vehicle COUNTRYMAN COOPER SD ALL4, registration No. VN61MTK, year of manufacture 2011, fuel type – diesel, VIN WMWZD72090WK15968, right-hand drive, photos available.

Vehicles listed in items 1–2 are stored at Janonio g. 4, Panevėžys, on the premises of AB “Lietkabelis”.
The vehicles may be inspected by prior arrangement at tel. +370 620 41203.

  1. Vehicle JAGUAR X-TYPE, registration No. MA57XHT, year of manufacture unknown, fuel type – diesel, VIN SAJAH51197BJ23913, right-hand drive, photos available.
  2. Vehicle TOYOTA HILUX, registration No. YP09UAC, year of manufacture 2009, fuel type – petrol, VIN AHTFZ29G509030055, right-hand drive, photos available.

Vehicles listed in items 3–4 are stored at Perkėlos g. 1C, Klaipėda (detained goods storage yard at the Malkų Bay Seaport Post of the Klaipėda Territorial Customs Office).

  1. Vehicle FORD TRANSIT, registration No. 0365OF-4, year of manufacture 2008, fuel type – diesel, VIN WF0SXXTTFS8D81494, left-hand drive, photos available.
  2. Vehicle LAND ROVER, registration No. 9498OA-4, year of manufacture 2006, fuel type – petrol, VIN SALLMAM346A221911, left-hand drive, photos available.

Vehicles listed in items 5–6 are stored at Fabriko g. 155A, Vilnius, on the premises of UAB “Laurimeta”.

Submission of Applications

NOTES

  1. The Customs Department assumes no responsibility for the condition of the property provided as humanitarian aid. Foreign state or municipal institutions and foreign public legal entities (hereinafter – the Applicants) wishing to receive humanitarian aid must assess the condition of the property themselves at the storage location during inspection.
  2. The Customs Department does not improve the condition of the property provided as humanitarian aid and does not allocate funds to Applicants for improving its condition.
  3. The Customs Department does not provide loading services for the property provided as humanitarian aid. All loading and transportation costs of the transferred property shall be borne by the Applicant.
  4. The property is not released from the Type III open customs warehouse storage locations for the purpose of condition assessment or improvement.
