Information about the Proposed Humanitarian Aid

The Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the Customs Department), acting in accordance with the Description of the Procedure for Providing Humanitarian Aid approved by Order No. 1BE-550 of 21 August 2025 of the Customs Department “On the Approval of the Description of the Procedure for Providing Humanitarian Aid by the Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania”, provides as humanitarian aid confiscated movable property stored in an open type III customs warehouse administered by the Customs Department:

1. Vehicle TOYOTA YARIS, year of manufacture 2014, registration No. KJ12048, fuel type – hybrid/diesel, VIN VNKKD3D330A117429, left-hand drive.

The vehicle listed in item 1 is stored at Janonio g. 4, Panevėžys, in the territory of AB “Lietkabelis”.

The vehicle may be inspected on working days until 10 July. The date and time of inspection must be agreed at least one working day in advance by phone +370 620 41203.

2.Vehicle VW GOLF, registration No. LT59SFY, year of manufacture unknown, fuel type – diesel, VIN WVWZZZ1KZ9M351438, right-hand drive.

3.Vehicle CITROEN C4 PICASSO, registration No. SV6IXUM, year of manufacture 2011, fuel type – diesel, VIN VF7UD9HR8BJ708472, right-hand drive.

4.Vehicle AUDI A4, year of manufacture 2005, registration No. DL21493, fuel type – petrol, VIN WAUZZZ8EX6A082207, left-hand drive.

Vehicles listed in items 2–4 are stored at Perkėlos g. 1C, Klaipėda (detained goods storage area at the Malkų Bay Seaport Post of Klaipėda Territorial Customs).

The vehicles may be inspected from 8 July 2026 to 15 July 2026 by prior appointment via phone +370 611 34898 at the address Perkėlos g. 1C, Klaipėda.

5.Vehicle TRAILER ISTOK, registration No. 28AEU09, year of manufacture 2018, VIN X893791T3J0AB9464.

6.Vehicle ALFA ROMEO GIULIETTA, registration No. NL14LDF, year of manufacture unknown, fuel type – diesel, VIN ZAR94000007326279, right-hand drive.

Vehicles listed in items 5–6 are stored at Fabriko g. 155A, Vilnius, in the territory of UAB “Laurimeta”.

The vehicles may be inspected on working days until 15 July, with the date and time agreed at least one working day in advance by phone +370 611 34907.

NOTES

  1. The Customs Department shall not be responsible for the condition of the property provided as humanitarian aid. Foreign state institutions, municipal institutions, and public legal entities (hereinafter – the Subjects) wishing to receive humanitarian aid must assess the condition of the property at its storage location during inspection.
  2. The Customs Department does not improve the condition of the property provided as humanitarian aid, nor does it allocate funds to the Subjects for improving the condition of such property.
  3. The Customs Department does not provide loading services for the property granted as humanitarian aid. All costs related to loading and transportation of the transferred property shall be borne by the Subject.
  4. The property is not released from the open type III customs warehouse storage locations for the purpose of condition assessment or improvement.
