Information about the Proposed Humanitarian Aid
The Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the Customs Department), acting in accordance with the Description of the Procedure for the Provision of Humanitarian Aid by the Customs Department (hereinafter – the Description), approved by Order No. 1BE-550 of the Customs Department of 21 August 2025 “On the Approval of the Description of the Procedure for the Provision of Humanitarian Aid by the Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania”, provides, as humanitarian aid, confiscated property available for disposal stored in the Type III open customs warehouse administered by the Customs Department:
- VW Crafter vehicle, registered in the Republic of Belarus, year of manufacture 2007, fuel type – diesel, VIN WV1ZZZ2EZ76031313, with the interior trim dismantled, stored at 155A Fabriko St., Vilnius, on the premises of UAB “Laurimeta”;
- Jaguar X-Type vehicle, registered in the United Kingdom, year of manufacture unknown, fuel type – diesel, VIN SAJAH51197BJ23913, stored at 1C Perkėlos St., Klaipėda, within the territory of the Malkų įlankos Seaport Post of the Klaipėda Territorial Customs Office;
- VW Passat vehicle, registered in the United Kingdom, year of manufacture 2011, fuel type – diesel, VIN WVWZZZ3CZCE532214, stored at 1C Perkėlos St., Klaipėda, within the territory of the Malkų įlankos Seaport Post of the Klaipėda Territorial Customs Office;
- Opel Vivaro vehicle, registered in the Kingdom of Norway, year of manufacture 2008, fuel type – diesel, VIN W0LF7BHB68V633331, with a broken ignition key, stored at 155A Fabriko St., Vilnius, on the premises of UAB “Laurimeta”;
- Ford Focus vehicle, registered in the Russian Federation, year of manufacture 2006, fuel type – petrol, VIN X9FWXXEEDW6A47708, stored at 155A Fabriko St., Vilnius, on the premises of UAB “Laurimeta”;
- Mercedes-Benz Vito vehicle, registered in the United Kingdom, year of manufacture unknown, fuel type – diesel, VIN WDF63970323672845, with a damaged ignition lock and no ignition key, stored at 155A Fabriko St., Vilnius, on the premises of UAB “Laurimeta”;
- Mitsubishi Outlander vehicle, registered in the Kingdom of Norway, year of manufacture unknown, fuel type – diesel, VIN JMBXJCW8W7U014321, stored at 1C Perkėlos St., Klaipėda, within the territory of the Malkų įlankos Seaport Post of the Klaipėda Territorial Customs Office.
The vehicles may be inspected on working days until 26 August 2026. The date and time of the inspection must be arranged at least one working day in advance by telephone at +370 611 34898 (for the inspection of vehicles stored in Klaipėda) or +370 611 34907 (for the inspection of vehicles stored in Vilnius). If the inspection date and time have not been arranged in advance, the goods may not be inspected.

NOTES:
- The Customs Department shall not be responsible for the condition of the property provided as humanitarian aid. Foreign state or municipal authorities and public legal entities of foreign states (hereinafter – the Entities) wishing to receive humanitarian aid shall assess the condition of the property themselves at its place of storage during the inspection;
- The Customs Department shall not improve the condition of the property provided as humanitarian aid and shall not allocate funds to the Entities for improving the condition of such property;
- The Customs Department shall not provide loading services for the property provided as humanitarian aid. The Entity shall bear all costs related to the loading and transportation of the property transferred to it;
- By submitting an application, the applicant confirms that they have familiarised themselves with the Description.
