Information about the Proposed Humanitarian Aid

The Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the “Customs Department”), pursuant to the Procedure for the Provision of Humanitarian Aid by the Customs Department (hereinafter referred to as the “Procedure”), approved by Order No. 1BE-550 of the Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania of 21 August 2025 “On the Approval of the Procedure for the Provision of Humanitarian Aid by the Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania”, hereby offers the following confiscated property intended for disposal, stored at a Type III open customs warehouse administered by the Customs Department, as humanitarian aid:

1. Schmitz vehicle, registered in the Russian Federation, year of manufacture – 2022, VIN WSM00000005271157, stored at Fabriko St. 155A, Vilnius, on the premises of UAB “Laurimeta”;
2. VW Passat vehicle, registered in the Kingdom of Norway, year of manufacture – not determined, fuel type – diesel, VIN WVWZZZ3CZ8E087787, stored at Janonio St. 4, Panevėžys;
3. BMW 116 vehicle, registered in the United Kingdom, year of manufacture – 2010, fuel type – petrol, VIN WBAUK32060VM43523, stored at Janonio St. 4, Panevėžys;
4. Ford Transit vehicle, registered in the United Kingdom, year of manufacture – 2016, fuel type – diesel, VIN WF0XXXTTGXGG55262, stored at Fabriko St. 155A, Vilnius, on the premises of UAB “Laurimeta”.

The vehicles may be inspected on working days until 25 September 2026.

The date and time of the inspection must be agreed at least one working day in advance by telephone:

• +370 611 34907 – for inspections of vehicles stored in Vilnius;
• +370 620 41203 – for inspections of vehicles stored in Panevėžys.

Please note that vehicles will not be made available for inspection unless the date and time of the inspection have been arranged in advance.

Applications for the provision of the above-mentioned property as humanitarian aid shall be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than 25 September 2026.

NOTES

1. The Customs Department assumes no responsibility for the condition of the property provided as humanitarian aid. Foreign state or municipal authorities and public legal entities of foreign states (hereinafter referred to as the “Entities”) wishing to receive humanitarian aid shall independently inspect and assess the condition of the property at its place of storage.
2. The Customs Department shall not undertake to improve the condition of the property provided as humanitarian aid and shall not provide or allocate any funds to the Entities for the improvement of the condition of such property.
3. The Customs Department shall not provide loading or handling services for the property provided as humanitarian aid. The Entity receiving the property shall be solely responsible for and shall bear all costs associated with the loading, handling and transportation of the property transferred to it.
4. By submitting an application, the applicant confirms that they have read and familiarised themselves with the Procedure.
