In order to ensure the quality of analysis results provided to clients, to effectively manage and continuously improve the activity processes of the Customs Laboratory, the management system has been implemented at the Customs Laboratory. The compliance of the Laboratory with the requirements of standard LST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 was confirmed by the National Accreditation Bureau for the first time in 2006. On 8 September 2016, the Laboratory was re-accredited for a new period of 5 years. On 24 August 2021, the National Accreditation Bureau accredited the Customs Laboratory for compliance with standard LST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018, and issued an accreditation certificate certifying that the Laboratory has been accredited to perform tests of food products, alcoholic beverages, ethyl alcohol and denatured ethyl alcohol, petroleum products and textile materials.
