Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the Customs Department), acting in accordance with the Description of the Procedure for the Provision of Humanitarian Aid by the Customs Department, approved by Order No. 1BE-550 of 21 August 2025 of the Customs Department, “On the Approval of the Description of the Procedure for the Provision of Humanitarian Aid by the Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania,” is providing, as humanitarian aid, confiscated property suitable for use and stored in the type III open customs warehouse administered by the Customs Department:

Petroleum paraffin blocks, 19,968 kg (photos available).

The property is stored at Ugniagesių St. 14, Vilnius, Lithuania. The property may be inspected on working days until 18 June 2026. The date and time of the inspection must be arranged at least one working day in advance by calling +370 611 34907.

Applications must be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than 18 June 2026.

NOTES

1. The Customs Department assumes no responsibility for the condition of the property provided as humanitarian aid. Foreign state or municipal authorities and foreign public legal entities (hereinafter – Applicants) wishing to receive humanitarian aid shall assess the condition of the property themselves during the inspection at its storage location.
2. The Customs Department does not improve the condition of the property provided as humanitarian aid and does not allocate funds to Applicants for improving the condition of such property.
3. The Customs Department does not provide loading services for the property offered as humanitarian aid. All costs related to loading and transportation of the transferred property shall be borne by the Applicant.
4. The property shall not be released from the storage locations of the Type III open customs warehouse for the purpose of assessing or improving its condition.
