To the attention of Customs Clients: Information Systems will be temporarily unavailable
Please be informed about the following Scheduled unavailability of the Customs Declaration Processing System (MDAS), National Transit Control System (NTKS) and Smart Customs Declaration Processing System (iMDAS) and Goods Presentation System (PPMKS) due to the scheduled works of the systems maintenance.
Start Date/Time of planned unavailability: 20 September 2025, 8:00 hrs.
End Date/Time of planned unavailability: 20 September 2025, 20:00 hrs.
Upon declarants requests, the Business Continuity procedure and its related actions will be applied to customs declarations during this period. Please also note that, on presenting the declarations during the period of the unavailability of the iMDAS, MDAS and NTKS systems, it is not required to send requests for the use of the Business Continuity (paper) procedure to the IT Service Centre (helpdesk) of the Customs Information System Centre. Please be aware about unavailability of ICS2 national components including NES during period mentioned.
