To the attention of Customs Clients: Information Systems will be temporarily unavailable

Please be informed about the following Scheduled unavailability of National Transit Control System (NTKS), Smart Customs Declaration Processing System (iMDAS) and Goods Presentation System (PPMKS) due to planned systems maintenance.

Start Date/Time of planned unavailability: 30 May 2026, 8:00 hrs.

End Date/Time of planned unavailability: 30 May 2026, 20:00 hrs.

During this period, upon declarants requests, the Business Continuity procedure and related actions will be applied to customs declarations. Please note that when submitting declarations during the unavailability of iMDAS and NTKS systems, it is not necessary to send requests for the use of the Business Continuity (paper) procedure to the IT Service Centre (Helpdesk) of the Customs Information System Centre.

Additionally, please be aware that ICS2 national components, including ENS, will also be unavailable during the mentioned period.
