To the attention of Customs Clients: Temporary unavailability of information systems
Please be informed of the Scheduled unavailability of the Customs Declaration Processing System (MDAS), the National Transit Control System (NTKS), the Smart Customs Declaration Processing System (iMDAS), and the Goods Presentation System (PPMKS).
Start Date/Time of the planned unavailability: 24 January 2026, 8:00 hrs (07:00 CET).
End Date/Time of the planned unavailability: 24 January 2026, 20:00 hrs (19:00 CET).
During this period, upon declarants requests, the Business Continuity procedure and the related actions will be applied to customs declarations. Please note that when submitting declarations during the unavailability of the iMDAS, MDAS, and NTKS systems, it is not necessary to send requests for permission to use the Business Continuity (paper) procedure to the Customs IT Service Centre (Helpdesk).
Additionally, please be informed that the national components ICS2, including NES, will also be unavailable during the mentioned period.
